1. Anti-Scalping Mandate

Holy Angel University strictly prohibits the unauthorized resale, transfer, or scalping of event tickets. AngelPass enforces this mandate through the use of Soulbound Tokens (SBTs), which are permanently bound to the purchaser's verified identity.

2. Non-Transferable Soulbound Tokens

Tickets issued via AngelPass are non-transferable cryptographic assets. Once minted to your custodial wallet, the token cannot be sent, sold, or transferred to another wallet address. Any attempt to bypass this restriction will result in the immediate invalidation of the ticket and potential disciplinary action.

3. Custodial Wallet Usage

By registering for AngelPass, you agree to the creation of an invisible custodial wallet linked to your HAU account. This wallet is managed securely by the system to facilitate seamless blockchain transactions without requiring prior cryptocurrency knowledge.

4. Event Verification

Entry to events requires presenting the dynamic QR code generated by your AngelPass account. Staff will scan this code to verify the cryptographic proof of ownership on the blockchain. Screenshots or printed copies of the QR code are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HAU login credentials. AngelPass is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised passwords or shared accounts.
